Welcome to Pocket Plug. By using pocketplug.app or any app released under the Pocket Plug name (including Curb IQ and future drops), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps. Pocket Plug is a product experiment by Strata Operations LLC.

Informational use only

Pocket Plug apps are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing inside our apps is legal, financial, medical, safety, or professional advice. Always confirm important details with the actual authority, professional, or source before acting on them.

Beta software

Some drops — including Curb IQ — are released as beta or experimental software. That means features may change, break, behave unexpectedly, or disappear entirely. We push updates often and may modify or discontinue any feature without notice. Use beta features knowing they're a work in progress.

No guarantees of accuracy

We try hard to make our apps useful, but we do not guarantee that any output, translation, recommendation, or interpretation is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your situation. This applies especially to apps that interpret signage, rules, schedules, or real-world conditions — for example, Curb IQ's parking sign guidance.

User responsibility

You are responsible for your own real-world decisions. Pocket Plug is a tool, not a substitute for your judgment. Specifically:

• Read the actual signs, contracts, or rules in front of you.
• Follow local laws, ordinances, and posted regulations.
• Don't rely on our apps to decide whether to park, drive, sign, eat, buy, enter, or do anything else that matters.
• Use common sense. We can't ship that in an update.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Plug, Strata Operations LLC, and anyone affiliated with us are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our apps — including but not limited to parking tickets, towing fees, missed appointments, lost data, bad decisions, or general life chaos. The apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pocket Plug apps to do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful to other people. Don't try to break, scrape, or overload our services. We can suspend access if you do.

Changes

We may update these terms as Pocket Plug evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
