Privacy Policy

Pocket Plug ("we", "us") builds small web apps and tools. We try to collect as little as possible, explain what we do collect, and never get weird with it. This policy covers pocketplug.app and any apps we ship under the Pocket Plug name.

Analytics

We use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which drops people actually use and which buttons get ignored. Analytics may include things like page views, referrers, device type, approximate region, and basic interaction events. We don't use this to build advertising profiles.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep the site working (preferences, session state) and to power analytics. You can clear or block these in your browser at any time — some features may not work as smoothly without them.

Uploaded content and images

Some Pocket Plug apps let you upload photos, screenshots, or other content (for example, a photo of a parking sign in Curb IQ). When you do:

• We process the content only to provide the feature you requested.
• We don't sell or share your uploads with advertisers.
• Uploads may be passed to trusted third-party services (see below) to power features like image processing or AI analysis.
• You can ask us to delete uploads tied to your account at any time.

Third-party services

Pocket Plug relies on a small set of third-party providers for hosting, analytics, error monitoring, email, and AI/image processing. These providers have their own privacy practices and only receive the data needed to do their job. We pick vendors who take privacy seriously and avoid the ones who don't.

Children

Pocket Plug is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as Pocket Plug grows and new drops ship. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
